Easy or demanding hikes
Stunning views and wild nature
With an experienced local guide
The Dolomites offer some of the finest hiking in Europe, with panoramic trails, alpine huts, spectacular lakes and mountains unlike anywhere else.
If you are looking for inspiration, you can also explore some of my best hikes in Cortina and the Dolomites.
From easy scenic walks to longer and more demanding days, I can help you choose the route that best suits your fitness level, interests and the conditions of the moment.
Guided hiking in the Dolomites
From famous classics such as Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lake Sorapis, or the alpine plateaus of Fanes and Sennes, to quieter trails far from the crowds, the choice is remarkably wide.
Each day can be tailored to your fitness level, hiking experience, weather conditions and the kind of experience you are looking for: great views, nature, photography, mountain huts or more peaceful routes.
Being accompanied by a local mountain guide also means discovering lesser-known places, choosing the best route for the day and moving with greater confidence and safety.
Hiking in the mountains is also one of the simplest and most rewarding ways to feel good: natural movement, fresh air and quality time immersed in nature.

Where to stay in Cortina
If you are planning a few days of hiking in the Dolomites, staying in Cortina d’Ampezzo gives you easy access to many of the best trailheads without changing accommodation every day.
Over the years, clients who stayed in these places have consistently given very positive feedback, especially for service and hospitality:
- Sport Hotel Cortina – centrally located, a stone’s throw from the Tofane cable car
- Hotel Columbia – excellent hotel with spa, about a 10-minute walk from the town center
- Hotel Royal – simple and central, ideal for moving around on foot
- Hotel Oasi – simple and practical, near the Faloria cable car
- Camping Rocchetta – about a 30-minute walk from the town center
If you prefer a quieter location, slightly outside Cortina:
- Dolomiti Lodge Villa Gaia – about a 20-minute drive, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere
- Hotel La Montanara – at the foot of the Marmolada, surrounded by nature
There are of course many other possibilities, but these are among the places I most often recommend to guests looking for a practical and comfortable stay.
For those looking for a higher-end stay, Cortina also offers excellent options such as Hotel Ancora, Hotel Ampezzo or Faloria Mountain Spa Resort.
Once your base is set, we can plan the hike together based on your experience, preferences and the conditions of the moment.
